Some subs need a word for it. I use dicklette.

Small penis humiliation, or SPH, is one of the few kinks where the sub has usually been rehearsing it alone for years before he ever finds me. He knows the script. He just needs someone to say it out loud so it stops being a private thought and becomes a fact somebody else has confirmed.

That is what I am for. Confirmation. There is nothing clever about it — I look, I comment, and he gets what he came for. The relief on their faces is the giveaway. It is not cruelty they want, it is being seen accurately by someone who is not going to be polite about it.

Some ask for a size comparison so the number is not theirs to fudge any more. Some want it brought up when they are not expecting it, because the anticipation does more work than the moment. Some want it in front of others, which is where the losers category comes in.

It goes well with chastity, for obvious reasons — a cage settles the argument permanently — and with sissy training, where the point is a shape that was never going to be masculine anyway.

Worth saying, since people get this wrong: this only works because they asked. Every dicklette below came to me with the word already in his head. I just stopped pretending not to notice.
