Once a passport agency is found, obtaining a passport is very easy.

Agencies

U. S. Citizens have the option of submitting their requirements to twenty known regional agencies and 9,000 acceptance facilities nationwide. These facilities are either post offices, public libraries or county and municipal offices in their state. One can go online to find the nearest agency in their area. Be sure to verify their procedures before attempting to obtain a passport

Documentation

All applicants are required to fill out request forms commonly distributed in the Consulate office. They can also print it out directly from the website. Photocopy

Be responsible in owning one. Always keep it in a safe place. Photocopy the first and last page twice and file it accordingly. This file is very important when filing for a replacement due to lost or stolen pass port. One can also use it for renewal.
